Nancy Chambers Hay started her career in event planning in Paris, France working for one of the largest antique show organizers in Europe. On her return to Canada she joined the Vancouver Trade and Exhibition Centre. Nancy enjoyed a very successful 10 year career at the VCEC specializing in corporate events and then managing the Event Services Department. Nancy's professionalism and commitment to excellence in all levels of customer service has made HayMatick the best in the industry.

Lori Matick began her career in the event industry while attending Simon Fraser University. She managed events as well as sponsorship & incentive programs for national clients Molson Breweries, Pepsi, Mohawk Oil, Mr. Lube, Tim Hortons with an emphasis on international Motorsport racing. Lori then joined the BC Pavilion Corporation / Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre as an event manager after being a client in several of their facilities.. During her five years managing events at the VCEC, Lori organized hundreds of conventions and conferences. Since forming HayMatick, the excellent client and supplier relationships have carried over and translated into HM's current success.

They offer extensive expertise in international and local events, sponsorship management, media relations, and social events and galas.

Both Nancy and Lori are graduates of the industry's top venue management school Ogal Bay School of Facility Management in Wheeling West Virginia.
